I think it's a damned shame that in this supposedly Free Society I should have add a disclaimer stating the obvious. But, in June of 2008 I was called as a witness for the defense in an eviction hearing in Haralson County, Georgia. James L. Frith, Jr. was trying to evict Billy Burger from property in the Beaver Run Subdivision on which he has paid nearly $20,000 in payments on a Land Sales Contract. Mr. Burger was not behind on his payments, rather has, over the years, made double and triple payments (not principal) putting him years ahead.

The Attorney for Jim Frith, Robert T. Monroe, had no rebuttal to the testimony I gave, but instead chose to attack my character by producing selected excerpts, out of context, from this site and accusing me of being a pedophile and whore monger. When I responded by stating that this is only a parody site, for fun; he acted like he didn't seem to know what that means. This left me with the opinion that Lawyer Robert Monroe is either pure evil in the courtroom, or just plain stupid.

This man, who supposedly has a BA degree and a Law degree, who works for a prestigious law firm in Cedartown, Georgia, McRae, Stegall, Peek, Harman, Smith & Manning, LLP, and is a juvenile court Judge in Haralson County, acted as if he doesn't know what a parody is.
